A handful of berries (blueberries and blackberries)
A handful of pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs & desiccated coconut.
1 tsp of maple syrup
Add a splash of water to the matcha tea powder to create a smooth paste. Using a bamboo matcha whisk, whisk in an 'M' or 'W' motion until a smooth frothy paste has been created.
Add the matcha mix into the vanilla yoghurt or greek yoghurt until smooth and creamy.
Add your desired toppings and drizzle with a tsp of maple syrup. Enjoy!
