How the contract is formed between us and you Throughout the site the terms "we" "us " and "our" refer to Tea Lab Company. The contract between you and Tea Lab Company is formed once you have placed an order and you have received a confirmation email from us. You must inform us of your correct contact details and if any of your contact details change. The contract is governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law. English courts have the jurisdiction to deal with disputes between you and us. If you access this website from countries other than the United Kingdom you and us agree that English Law shall apply to all matters related to the use of this website and any contracts formed.

We retain the right to remove any customer content that is not deemed appropriate.

Tea Lab Company website has been designed to provide easy navigation and to be as accessible as possible. You should be 18 years of age to access and purchase on this website.

Our Products
We will always do our best to exhibit the products on this website as representative and accurate, however, there may occasionally be slight variation in the product you receive. All products offered on our site are subject to availability, however we will always aim to communicate to you promptly when items are out of stock.

Cancellation and returns
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@tealab.co.uk. You must return any goods to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can only return goods that are undamaged and in their original packaging ( unopened ) 'AS IS ' for a refund. You must send the goods back to us at your own cost ( unless the goods are damaged or defective ). Once you have notified us that you are cancelling a contract the amount debited by us will be returned within 30 days. Custom orders are non-refundable. We are confident you will be happy with any purchase from Tea Lab Company, however, if you are not, we would like you to contact us straight away at hello@tealab.co.uk or at our registered address given above and we will always do our best to resolve the problem.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where relevant. They are exclusive of delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice. When making a payment you must confirm that the card you are using is your own, that the details you provide are correct, and the address at which the card is registered is the same as your billing address. The validity of your card and your personal information will be checked to ensure your ability to pay and to check your identity. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse or limit any order you place with us.
