If you are trying to order from outside the UK, please get in touch at hello@tealab.co.uk and we will assist you. We use suitable couriers for International Shipping depending on the country in question. We work out the most cost efficient and reliable solution for your package.

Tea Lab Company individually inspects and hand packs the amber glass jars and test tubes before they are packed and shipped to ensure that they are safe and free from imperfections. The test tubes and jars are wrapped & protected by expandable eco wrap and shipped in reinforced boxes so every care is taken to ensure your product arrives safely. In the unlikely event your product does arrive with any of the glass packaging broken please do not use, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our Tea Lab test tube samples are made from borosilicate glass which is also known as 'hard glass'. It is mechanically stronger and more durable than ordinary glass. However, it is not indestructible so should be treated with the same care as any glass, but importantly it tends to crack rather than shatter if dropped, please do not attempt to use if dropped. Our Test tube samples are also not suitable for children due to small parts.
